Hi there guys,just a quick update to let you know what ive been doing.
As some of you might know a couple of weeks ago i broke my ankle in 3 places,trust me eh not just 1 but 3,i,m at home at the moment recuperating bored shitless.
Some of you might think its heaven but it aint as i like to be independent but at the moment cant be,not enjoying online poker much at the moment and with not being able to get out no live poker for me which is a disaster.I,m sure i,ll be back on me foot soon so not gonna be down for long,i would just like to say a big well done to martin (voiceofjoe) for winning a trip to the WSOP well done matey good luck and enjoy yourself mate.

Over the last few weeks i,ve been going to Stoke (hanley circus) to play a few poker tourneys,also joining me as been a few PL,ers ( valiant23 pocketlady mcfc daftpegasus robilaruk)and would just like to say what a great venue this is,although i aint cashed in any of the tourneys yet i,m determined to keep going and hopefully finish a little better than i have to date.My next visit is going to be the POTTERIES heads up championship on the 25th march hopefully some PL,ers will turn up.

In february the PL posse descended on wolverhampton to the races yet again,met new and old faces yet again,something i noticed this time that these events are becoming very popular as there a lot of wifes there to which is great to,i,d love to drag my missus along but she hates horse racing and poker but i might just twist her arm and get her to come along.Well at the races backed a few winners and a few losers,best moment was when a load of us backed storybook and we all thought it had come 2nd and chucked our slips away,only to look up at the screens and it was a dead heat,then followed everybody searching the bins for there slips luckily enough we all found em and got paid out.Then off to the poker venue,barrys again which is an awesome place great people who run it great dealers great food and would reccomend this place to anybody its SUPERRRRRRRRRR.Did,nt do very well at the poker tourney but cashed in a few sit&gos,a good time was had by all especially by me i had a great time once again.i travelled back with the sabans and Donna and got back in good time and in 1 piece.

Its been a while since i updated my blog so here goes.
In october i went to worcester races with a load of PL piss artists and what a great day i had,i made enough money at the races to buy my new laptop,also it was a great day to meet up with fellow PL,ers new faces and old.The night time was a poker special at barrys it was awesome i was 1 of the first casualties,well you cant win em all,but it was a great night of loads of beer and poker, what more can a guy ask for?me jeffers,gripper and galronix were there till 6.45am,checked into my hotel at 7am and checked out at 9am,what a short stay that was.
I managed to get a lift back with my brother and his girlfriend (ginnerjones jammiedodger)so i thought i would grab a kip in the back of the car and leave them to navigate,big mistake that was woke up about 2 hours later asked were we was,the reply comes were near manchester,ffs we live about 100 miles from manchester dosy twats had got lost we live near mansfield,oh well a 90 minute journey took 4 hours and 30 minutes.Got home safely in the end and slept all day and all night,but had a great time made all the more special by every member of PL as there like family to me and i love em all.

punterslounge 1k tourney
Well i finished on the bubble in this 1 but had a great time,got lucky a few times which we all need at poker.I still really enjoyed it and i am looking forward to the next 1.

I've been a member of the punters lounge for about 4 months now,and have to say what a great place it is.The people on there are so friendly and helpful its a great place to be.I also went to the pl poker meet up at birmingham and it was a great night,helped of course because i won the first tourney.But it was truely a great night and lovely to meet up with fellow pl members,looking forward to worcester now to meet up with new and old pl friends cant wait bring it on :)

I'm a domestic engineer which thankfully gives me plenty of time for my love of poker.
